My DLA instructor always made me feel relaxed and at ease, even in difficult situations. I also think it makes a big difference when you can see the funny side of things and he always made sure we did! English is not my first language but he always confirmed that I understood fully.

Most of my friends used DLA so I thought I'd see how the first lesson went and go from there. Dean made me feel confident from the start and made sure I understood the content of the course and what was to be expected in a test. He was always patient, calming and easy to talk to. I've never been so nervous as on the day of my driving test but I passed (first time too!).
